KEVIN SZAKACS

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & co-founder

Kevin is an experienced business owner including 15+ years in the hospitality industry – giving him strategic insight on how to improve efficiency, safety, and the bottom line. His involvement in multiple other ventures has given him a wealth of experience with manufacturing, import/export, brand development, marketing, logistics, direct sales, distribution & start-up growth.

CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER & co-founder

Senior corporate manager and entrepreneur with multiple business start-up successes in food service industry. Barrie has extensive experience in sales, product development, production, engineering and manufacturing processes.

BOB ERRA

Bob Erra is the Area Chairman for the Gallagher Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Mr. Erra joined Integrated Healthcare Strategies in 1993 and served as managing director of the Physician Services practice for 10 years. He became President of MSA in 2003, and was appointed President of Integrated Healthcare Strategies in 2007. When Integrated Healthcare Strategies was acquired by Gallagher in 2015, Mr. Erra was named Area Chairman.

Mr. Erra has also served as chief financial officer and later appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer and member of the board of governors at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation.

He also saw prior service at University of California San Diego Medical Center (UCSD), where he served as associate vice chancellor and president of hospital and clinics, fiscal officer of Cornell University Medical School (New York), and executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic, a 100-physician multispecialty group.

Mr. Erra is active in a number of professional organizations and served on the boards of UMGA and MGMA Services. He served as Chairman of the MGMA Services Board. He is a frequent speaker on physician practice management, managed care in an integrated system, and physician cash compensation. In the past, Mr. Erra has served on the Boards of a number of public and private companies, including Cardiometrics, Quantum Health, TheraTx, Edix, Cogent Healthcare, VidaMed, Alteer Corporation and Physcape. A native of New York City, Mr. Erra has an undergraduate degree from Pace University and did graduate work at New York University.

Susan McGannon

Susan McGannon is Area Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration for Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. McGannon spent seven years at the international public accounting firm, Price Waterhouse Coopers, as well as two years at Sprint. During this time, she gained significant experience and lead project work in pre and post acquisition engagements, financial audits, process improvement, and IT audits across a variety of industries.

In Ms. McGannon’s more than 20 years with Gallagher, she has served in various roles with responsibilities that have included leadership of financial, human resources and administrative operations, integration into several parent organizations and systems, acquisition review, and design of compensation systems. She also serves as an influential member of the Senior Executive and Strategy Teams. She has been instrumental in leading the efforts in integration, alignment, cost reduction, compensation redesign, financial statement redesign, and systems and process improvement.
 

Prior to Gallagher Susan had significant responsibility for managing cash flow, debt covenants and managing debt and mezzanine relationships.

THOMAS BECKER

Mr. Becker has over 45 years’ experience in healthcare. He was a Senior Vice President with Integrated Healthcare Strategies. He held the post of Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at the Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic, a multi-specialty group in Santa Barbara, California. He attended the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York and has his degree in electrical engineering.

LEANNE PARSONS

Leanne is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years as an accounting/finance leader.  She has been a Chief Financial Officer for 15+ years, with experience in manufacturing, wholesale, service and mining.   She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with experience in private and public companies, most recently as CFO for K + S Potash Canada.  Responsibilities include operational and financial strategy, M&A, fiscal governance and risk management.

KEVIN TINDALL

Kevin is a University of Saskatchewan alumni (B.Comm ’01) and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation along with a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential.  He specializes in financial controllership of private companies, but also has a varied background that includes operations, public accounting, personal and corporate tax, and restaurant and hospitality management.

TIM GORDON

Tim opened his first restaurant at 24 years of age and never looked back.  Almost 20 years later the farmer, turned restaurateur is still at it, operating 16 locations across four concepts concentrated mainly in Northern Alberta.  Raised in Paradise Valley, Alberta, Tim graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Agricultural Business and spent five years with the team at Bayer CropScience during and after university.  Tim credits having early experience in both a family owned farming operation and a multinational corporation for his leadership style and business acumen.  Tim resides in Spruce Grove with his wife Kimberley and their four children.
